Our clever phone case printing system allows you to mix and match the gel cases / hard cases / phone models without the need of having a jig for each model and style. Simply pop your cases on your carriers, slot the carries into the universal base plate and pre-load your jig ready for your next production run. Saving you time and money!

Each jig is supplied with a digital print layout outline template file to make setup and printing even easier. They are available in a range of sizes and types to suit your printing and production needs. Whether you use a Roland LEF 12, LEF 200, Mimaki UJF-3042 or other UV printing machines, we have a printing jig that will fit your flatbed machine.
Our carriers are categorized into groups, i.e ‘Group A’, ‘Group B’ and ‘Group C’, phone case carriers from the same group can be mixed onto the same production job and loaded onto the Base Plate.
EXAMPLE:
An iPhone 11 gel phone case uses an A-3 carrier, on the same bed you could add an iPhone 12 Pro hard case which uses an A-1 Carrier. If you wanted to also print an iPhone 8 Plus phone case, this uses a B-1 carrier so this would need to be loaded onto your next bed with the ‘B Group’
carriers.
Due to the variations of size, shape, material and design of phone cases we strongly recommend you send a sample of your blank phone case prior to purchasing this jig. If your blank does not fit then we can create a custom phone case jig for you.
Our pro jigs are perfect to increase efficiency, reduce machine downtime and ideal for large volume production runs. You can choose to load your phone cases off your machine then simply place onto your bed once your current job has finished.

About our Jig System
The base plate works in a similar way to our jig system whereby the jig is placed onto your ‘Bed Base + Ruler Guide’, however our unique and
flexible system enables you mix the models and styles of phone cases you want to print, without the need to purchase a jig for each specific type.
This approach also means you can purchase more carriers for your most
popular items and purchase fewer carriers for your less popular products.
Simply place your phone case onto your carrier, slot into position on the base plate and carry on loading your bed.
We suggest purchasing two base plates so you can pre-load your carriers onto the second ready to load onto your next production run, meaning minimal machine downtime and high efficiency.

Bed Base & Ruler Guide
Our unique jig system combines a bed base and ruler marked with a grid to aid alignment when positioning items, you only need one of these and it's super easy to fit onto your flatbed machine. The bed base and ruler guide is combined with a range of quick change jigs that are supplied with a digital set up file, to ensure rapid and accurate placement of blank products, aiding efficiency and cost savings in your production methods.
To get the most benefit from our products you will need to order a “Bed Base & Ruler Guide” to fit your flatbed printer then place your chosen jigs on your machine.
We recommend that our jigs are used with our bed base and ruler guide as this is our tried and tested method which guarantees accurate, efficient and cost effective printing. Minimising the risk of miss-prints and wasted stock simply place the required jig onto the bed base, no need for screws or fixing into place, load the blank products and printing files and away you go.
