Warranty Information
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
1. Warranty Coverage
Twiddleys LTD (“the Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that our jigs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.
2. Exclusive Remedy
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the Company’s sole and exclusive liability, and the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, shall be limited to—at the Company’s sole discretion:
- Repairing the product defect at no charge,
- Replacing the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value, or
- Refunding the actual purchase price paid by the Purchaser for the product.
3. Absolute Limitation of Liability & Exclusions
This warranty is strictly limited to the physical product itself. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
What is NOT covered:
- Other Equipment: This warranty does not cover, and the Company expressly disclaims liability for, any damage to, loss of, or destruction of any other equipment, property, data, or devices used in connection with or attached to the product.
- Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product.
- Misuse & Misapplication: Degradation and damage resulting from improper application or unacceptable use.
- Intentional/Chemical Damage: Any chemical damage or malicious damage inflicted on the product.
- Mishandling: Damage due to negligence, poor storage conditions, or improper handling.
This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory voiced, whether based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. How to Obtain Warranty Service
